Shelley and I worked with George Martin to build our home in Vancouver in 2006. Having met George a short time before we were able to learn more about George’s company and very quickly arrived at a contract to demolish our house, design and build a complete new home. Our experience was seamless from beginning to end and we are needless to say very proud of our home.
From the onset, George provided input into the design and collaboratively, we were able to achieve a very attractive home that maximized our permissible zoning and met the highest utilization for our lifestyle. From our specs, George prepared a budget and plan to deliver the house in under 10 months. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the job that George delivered and now five years later, the house is standing the test of time.

George Martin and his team oversaw the complete gutting and rebuilding of my 2,000 square foot Coal Harbour sub-penthouse in 2003-04. The job lasted a year and involved every conceivable aspect of project management, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, custom millwork, gas fitting, framing, drywall, finishing carpentry and even an 800 liter aquarium. All of this had to be undertaken in a fully occupied building, which presented significant additional challenges. George proved to be reliable, creative, adaptable and highly sensitive to the needs of his client and the special circumstances he was forced to work with. The results were magnificent.
