We are renovation professionals with twenty- five years of experience working with owners, designers, talented and skilled subcontractors in the Vancouver area. Our staff includes a remarkable team of carpenters, laborers, jobsite supervisors, and administrators. At Well Balanced Designs, we pride ourselves on being the conscientious craftsmen you want working on your home, as well as the responsible individuals you’d be happy to have in your home. We work to anticipate issues and create solutions that meet the design goals of the project.

 

George Martin

George has earned his reputation as one of Vancouver’s leading renovators. He is familiar with all Vancouver’s building types and materials, and his company provides every renovation and design/build service.

With George’s broad scope of experience comes the ability to serve as an expert resource and client advocate, evaluating options and alternatives that can best serve the needs of the client. He starts each project by immersing himself in a preconstruction process to discover and find solutions to the most difficult details of the project. At the end of the project, he can be found on site, shoulder to shoulder with the crew to celebrate the completion of a successful job.

Zaidah brings years of expertise in organizational development, human resources, and marketing to her role as V.P. of Well Balanced Designs & Renovations. She takes the lead in ensuring that we can deliver excellent customer service and award-winning renovation work. We deliver results to our clients due to our extraordinary attention to detail and ability to keep the big picture in mind while focusing on the smallest detail.
